  The team at Alexander Symonds are extremely knowledgeable and professional they take you through the whole process of subdividing from beginning to end and tell you exactly what you are up for and how much it will cost upfront. I can’t recommend enough they make such a complex process a breeze. Will use again keep up the fantastic work

  I first met Alexander & Symonds 4 years ago, when we needed a good surveying company for consulting our land division higher and better use of our high density residential development project for 22 luxury townhouses. We were extremely happy with the outcome, their advice during the project were very high quality and cost saving for us which we end up sold out the development for the last 2 townhouses on completion.
  
  I find Alexander & Symonds to be ethical surveying company who have a pro-active, expert’s knowledge and experienced in surveying medium to high residential building on larger scale which fit our business models Adelaide’s Leading Property Development Group. They are efficient and response to our queries fast during construction when issues arise so we can work together to come up with solutions to move forward.
  They continue to meet our expectations every time and we have no hesitation in recommending their company to our private clients in property development.
  
  We are grateful and appreciative of the team involved at Alexander & Symonds as our go to surveying company to do all our land division in medium to high density residential development projects.
