  We need some info from previous years of managment and unfortunately it was not recorded digitaly by your team then.
  
  As a result we could not claim for the work as the documents were not complete.
  
  Landlords need to trust that the property manager can look after the property whithout the need for them to keep chasing things.
  
  I just shared my recent experience of the decision we made to go with iRental.

  From my first communication with iRental requesting property management to having tenants move in - all the employees at iRental Property Management have been great.
  
  Brenton was a big help in explaining the landlord/tenant rental process providing me with a realistic expectation of how much income I could expect each week (relative to comparable properties in my area) and the type of advertising appropriate for my property (as well as how he would manage it with Covid restrictions).
  
  I was contacted regularly by Jacqui who kept me informed of the process and took great photos as well as creating a HD 3D guided tour of my property (again, a massive help for the Covid restrictions at the time).
  
  When I was ready for open inspections Liana helped me to understand what to expect, ensured all applicants were genuine and provided me with a detailed report as to who they were after contacting all of their listed references.
  
  A thorough and professional team I would recommend to all prospective landlords.

  When we moved overseas with work it meant renting out our family home. Brenton, Liana and the team made a daunting task as easy and smooth as possible. They provide regular communication with prompt responses to any issues that arise. Their experience and professionalism is obvious in any dealings with them and when we have needed advice or assistance with anything related to property management they have proven to be without fault.
